Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health is pleased to announce the change in legal category of the Scalibor Protectorband from POM-V to NFA-VPS.
The tick season is now rapidly approaching and dogs will need effective protection. As the warm weather approaches, dogs can be at an increased risk of picking up troublesome and unsightly ticks on their daily walks, particularly in grassland, woodland or any deer or sheep grazing areas. Ticks also have the potential to spread disease.
Scalibor, a deltamethrin impregnated collar which uses a unique patented release technology to control ticks, mosquitoes and sandflies offers all dogs cost-effective long-term protection. Scalibor is available in 2 sizes - 48cm for small/medium dogs and 65cm for large/extra large dogs.
