MSD Animal Health Sets Practices the BravoVet 12 Week Challenge

Milton Keynes, 12 April 2016 - MSD Animal Health (a division of Merck & Co., Inc., Kenilworth, NJ, USA.) is offering veterinary practices the chance to take part in the BravoVet 12 week challenge; supporting the growth of veterinary practices. BravoVet uses localised and best-in-class market data to help practices understand where the specific opportunities exist in their business. Along with an MSD Animal Health account manager, practices are supported in measuring performance, analysing evidence-based benchmarks and focusing on prevention treatments as a key driver for their business. The BravoVet process supports each practice in engaging the whole team in achieving specific growth targets within a 12 week period; allowing them to understand the simple measures that drive practice improvement.

The BravoVet process works like no other benchmarking tool available. It evaluates the practice through two simple KPIs, benchmarks the practice’s performance with local peers and best in class, sets growth aspirations for each KPI, sizes the financial opportunity, sets up a practice action plan and agreed support from MSD Animal Health, and allows the practice to implement and monitor the progress and timing. MSD Animal Health’s account managers run monthly review meetings with the practice and provide a final evaluation of the results once the BravoVet 12 week challenge is complete.
