Vaccines

Vaccination is just as important for rabbits as it is for dogs and cats. In the UK, unvaccinated rabbits are at risk of rabbit hemorrhagic disease (RHD) and myxomtosis, two life threatening diseases. These infectious diseases are spread through biting insects as well as by other rabbits. RHD is also spread through environmental contamination, so even rabbits who live alone or indoors are at risk.

Animal medicines should always be used responsibly. For more information on responsible use please visit the NOAH pages on this topic.
